Should a representative of CodyFilms notify management of having been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, said representative would require a minimum of 14 days isolation without symptom before returning to work. We ask that anyone else participating in the celebration of your wedding would do the same.
Our representatives will assess their health each working day. This refers to inspecting their temperature and sense of taste or smell. Should our representative find a temperature exceeding 100.3 degrees, a cough, sore throat or runny nose the course of action is isolate and arrange for an alternate to take their place. Our recommendation to participants is recover, don’t spread. If you are sick, stay home to recover or seek medical care.
While at each filming or photographing site our representatives will sanitize or wash their hands often, as well as maintain a safe distance from other individuals and continuously wear a mask indoors or where social distancing is not feasible. To minimize risk to others we ask that guests and staff do the same while in the company of a CodyFilms representative.
To protect everyone in attendance, photographers and/or videographers, while working indoors, could ask that non essential personnel remove themselves from the area for a short time. Examples of this request would be in a hotel room during the make ready portion, or in a church during family photos, even gathering too closely together for the cake cutting. This effort is to keep individuals and individual groups exposure to germs at a minimum. Similar to how the caterer or DJ will call single tables up at a time. Couples should schedule time with us to go over pre planning of these instances if you haven’t already.
When addressing a CodyFilms representative directly we recommend limiting your exposure by applying your mask beforehand. Sometimes to hear you well enough a representative may move closer to you so best to be prepared just in case.
Should anyone feel a CodyFilms representative is acting in an unsafe manner please contact our office right away at (210) 846-1194. CodyFilms retains the right to terminate services any time a representative feels uncomfortable or unsafe and will not participate in any unlawful activity set forth by county, city, state, or federal agency. Violating these policies could result in the loss of services without a refund.
