8 Hour Wedding Photography Coverage

Service Description

What can you expect on wedding day? A photographer arrives to capture the location, decor and bridal details. The next goal is to capture images of each partner as they prepare for the ceremony. Afterwards, portraits to highlight how amazing everyone looks glowing with excitement. We'll photograph the wedding party or first looks then, soon after we'll leave to photograph the ceremony site before guest arrive. Once the ceremony site is photographed empty we'll begin with candid photos of guest arriving as we await the ceremony to begin. We'll provide full coverage of the ceremony from different angles and be as discreet as possible. Next is legacy photos of the newly weds and family. Moving through the evening we'll spend time at cocktail hour and in the reception hall to capture details before guest arrive and prepare for an introduction. Usually, after an introduction, this leads us to the dances, toast, cake cutting and any other reception events planed. Before the sun sets we'll ask for the couple to join us outside for a romantic sunset photo session of just the two of them. A send off, just one unique way to close out the day and it brings an end to the collection of photos. This is just a series of photos that shows "this is the end of the evening, but the beginning of our journey." Some do this with sparklers or even flashlights from a cell phone. It's one of the last event from the evening we'll ask for. We deliver all the usable images through our online gallery. With no water marks. All the images will be available to you for downloading, sharing and printing right from your personal gallery. You can even customize your gallery and select images for sharing or mark as private. You'll receive full printing rights so there's no obligation to print with us but, your continued support is much appreciated. Every image will have our signature editing for white balance, color correction and straightening. We come equipped with two cameras, extra lens, filters, flash and years of award winning experience. It's our policy to backup your images in three separate locations immediately after your wedding to ensure they're protected. Delivery time can range. While we aim for 2 week turnaround we officially ask for up to 4-6 weeks. Sneak peeks are sent within the first week after the wedding date.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELATION POLICY: ​CodyFilms holds this time and date for the CLIENT's event and cannot book any other Client into this time and date with the same personnel and equipment. Therefore, if for any reason CLIENT cancels their event, CLIENT will be charged 100% of your total photographic and video services. These cancellation fees shall be liquidated damages to CodyFilms in the event of a breach of contract by CLIENT. The CLIENT shall also be responsible for payment for any CodyFilms materials charges incurred up to time of cancellation.
